In the fall of 2002 our family purchased this beautiful 52-acre site on Pleasant Valley Road which we had admired for years, never dreaming that it would one day become -- of all things -- a blueberry farm!

With the help of Alan Ware of the Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture we began to explore numerous possibilities for developing the land. Finally in the spring of 2003 Maple Creek Berry Farm was born.

After many hours of preparation and dirt work we have planted more than 3,000 blueberry
plants of various varieties. And now we look forward to our fourth annual harvest in the summer of 2010!

We are excited to be able to offer this tremendously nutritious and tasty fruit -- fresh from the farm --
to our friends and neighbors
here in eastern Oklahoma.
Come see us!  And now look for us on Facebook!
